Little humans are the cutest even cuter than kittens and puppies.
They have their own little personalities from day one so why wrap them up, dress them in funny outfits and, pose them when they can pose themselves.
When you lay a baby down on a bed or in their parent’s arms they all do something different, some curl up, others stretch out, some even do a mix of both and these are their happy places.
I like your baby to feel safe and capture them exactly as they are.
The newborn weeks are fleeting and what I want to do is capture them exactly how you want to remember them, saying that there is no wrong time to capture a baby.

I love to capture all of you exactly as you are, those early days including all the chaos. I like to use most of your home including the garden if we can.
One of my favourite places to photograph baby is in their nursery.
It’s a room that will change so much with time so to me it’s really important to have those memories.
Most importantly capturing all those little details along the way.
It’s also so much easier to capture older siblings with their new brother or sister with a relaxed shoot at home or outdoors.
I am obsessed with how their little babygrows fit them, I can’t get enough of their teenie tiny legs and arms, and how in a few weeks those outfits will no longer fit them.
Grandparents are welcome on your shoot and so are pets, in fact, they are encouraged.
I love to show just how delicate and perfect they are by capturing some close-up images along with some perspective images where I like to place babies in their parent’s arms.
You will end up with a lot of details shots, I love feet, lashes, and lips along with those cute milk spots that form on their nose.
Most importantly we will capture everyday life, whatever that may be for you.
We can also step outside into the local park or your own back yard, either for the full shoot or just part of it.

So to conclude
firstly in-home lifestyle sessions are my favorite type of sessions, secondly, I am a huge advocate for capturing your baby exactly as they are, and thirdly it helps you remember them exactly as they were.
Tiny, new, super cute, exhausting, and, hungry.
