Family Photographer beach session Talacre Wrexham Photographer Beach sessions are my favourite
I love beach session so much, the children have so much freedom to run around and explore and collect treasures, there is never a dull moment.
We had so much fun on Talacre beach, North Wales, back in the summer from rolling down sand dunes to searching for creatures in rock pools.
Everyone forgets there is a camera around and just naturally relaxes into the shoot.
I’ve photographed Arthur three times now, but my first time photographing his extended family and I loved it. There is never a dull moment at the beach, especially Talacre as there is something new around every sand dune.
Beaches always look different, the light, the weather and seasons always paint it differently at each session. No season is off limits with me and the beach.
In summer the wildflowers come out and make for the best images, the sand dunes are just stunning and the sinking lighthouse is loved by the children.
Safety Note
When you head there yourself please be careful when exploring the lighthouse, also if you book a photo shoot with a different photographer don’t let them photograph your children directly on the sand around the lighthouse as it’s sinking sand. I see so many photographers doing this and every time it makes me feel sick, yes it makes for good photographs but I’m not willing to put anyone’s life at risk for a photo.
