Spring Sunset Maternity Shoot

So Spring has finally arrived and it looks promising for the next 2 weeks at least.

Spring is still 3 weeks behind so there is very little greenness to most of my favourite spots but the buds are all there and by the end of this week, most of them will be on display and I can’t wait.

We were so lucky with yesterdays weather for our maternity shoot. We didn’t let the lack of green spoil our session and made the most of the gorgeous sunset and welcomed warmth.

I’ve known Paul for a LONG time, I was there near enough everytime he broke a bone, I would tidy his bedroom for him because I couldn’t cope with the chaos around me, we had a savings jar (quality street container) on his bedroom window with plans to use it to build our dream shed and we watched the spice girls open channel 5 together.

These are just a few awesome memories I have of him and now he is going to be a Daddy and I’m amazed Amy agreed to it LOL

God help her, she is going to have two versions of him in one house, even his mum isn’t that mad. It must be love and I’m made up for them both 🙂

Bump is a surprise and was having a little kick about here. I never know how parents keep baby sex a surprise I had to know ASAP I was beyond impatient to find out.

Whenever I do a maternity shoot it always reminds me how much I miss my bump, the hiccups and the kicking and then I remember having to sleep with a lifesize pillow, feet in my ribcage and not being able to put my own shoes on.

I loved every single minute of it.

Amy is just blooming, pregnancy really suits her.
